The hotel's location is excellent, as it is close to Izvor park and in a good area in the center of the town. Being near the parliament is a great advantage. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I recently had a great stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city center, across a park from the closest Metro Station. It was super convenient for exploring all the nearby attractions, such as the Parliament building. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was spacious and well-designed, perfect for my family of four. We also enjoyed the convenience of room service and the laundry service provided. The hotel had all the amenities I could ask for, including free Wi-Fi and a fully stocked bar. the comfort and quality services provided at this place made my stay truly enjoyable.

Friendly and helpful staff, early check-in option, good coffee at the bar, clean and tidy surroundings, walking distance to the Old Town.
